Converter voltage regulator from positive to negative from +/- 1.5V to +/- 10V, low-noise voltage regulator + 3.3V (200mA)

This device is a voltage converter from positive to negative,
and at the same time a linear regulator (stabilizer) voltage.
Output voltages from +/- 1.5V to +/- 10V, adjustable by internal potentiometer.
The board also has a linear regulator with a fixed output voltage of + 3.3V,
200mA maximum current and ultra-low noise 9 µV rms.

Input voltage range: from + 12V to + 30V.
